چکیده

This study’s aim was to assess the level of catecholamines, i.e., noradrenaline and dopamine, under oxygen debt conditions in brain experimental animals which acute pancreatitis experimentally induced. Catecholamines play role neurotransmitters neuromediators. They are responsible for regulation motor emotional processes, take part hormonal activities, sleep, wakefulness, concentration, attention, learning processes. The experiment also determined tension as an indicator respiratory failure activity amylase lipase development inflammatory process. on conducted were Wistar rats (140 animals) divided into 3 research groups: control (C) (n = 30), healthy (H) operated (O) 80). determination amylase, lipase, pressure, NA, DO levels performed at hours 2, 6, 12, 24, 48 experiment. group C had injection needle inserted investigate only effects mechanical damage organs. On other hand, O a 5% solution sodium taurocholate introduced common bile-pancreatic duct. shows that most significant changes NA observed first day concentrations above catecholamines statistically significantly correlated with blood. peak dopamine between 6th 12th experiment, while lowest concentration hour

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water

abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...

the effect of e-64 on the developmental competence of sheep cocs during in vitro maturation

in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.

the effect of taftan pozzolan on the compressive strength of concrete in the environmental conditions of oman sea (chabahar port)

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...

Micro-rheological changes during experimental acute pancreatitis in the rat.

Although microcirculatory disturbances play pivotal role in the pathomechanism of acute pancreatitis (AP), very few papers can be found which had been tested any of hemorheological parameters. The aim of our study was to analyze the hemorheological changes in cerulein-induced experimental acute pancreatitis in rat in two doses (5 and 10 μg/kg, s.c.). Male and female rats were subjected to Contr...
